Almost all of the islands are State Campsites and may be secured thru Ranger Headquarters on Glen Id. in the middle distance.

The exquisite Narrows section of Lake George. Each year thousands of Campers enjoy these state owned islands. The larger are Mohican, Uncas, Big Burnt, Juanita and Gravelly, with Little Harbor and Fork Is. in back and Black Mt. beyond. In the right middle distance in Glen Is., location of the Ranger Station and Store.
